5. Delivery & Shipping
5.1 Delivery timelines vary depending on product stock, location, and courier availability.
5.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur re-delivery charges.
5.3 Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is handed over to the courier.

6.4 Non-returnable items include used, assembled, custom-made, or clearance products.
